Like, positioning yourself in the middle of the tread track, keeping your upper body upright, core engaged, your hips driving you forward, your knees and feet should be tracking in a straight line, and use your arms to propel each step!

With all the technology we have access to there is no reason to be bored on a treadmill. I like to catch up on a tv series or watch a movie.
✖️ Quality workout
Use the treadmill for a hill workout, tempo run, progression run or intervals. You can set the time and pace, then get on and go.
✖️ Personalized aid station
You have immediate access to the bathroom, your water, phone, a towel, and gels. So no need to carry anything with you.
